Our Solution
Manara Fellows partners with foundations, universities, corporations, and philanthropists committed to preparing the next generation of globally minded leaders. Through carefully curated international fellowships, we provide young adults with immersive experiences that build confidence, leadership, cultural intelligence, judgment, and independence — qualities that enable them to contribute meaningfully to their communities and the world.
How We Partner
Partners may sponsor fellowship places for young adults from the communities they serve while enabling them to join a diverse international cohort. This allows organizations to invest in local talent while giving participants the perspective, relationships, and experiences that only a global fellowship can provide.
Expanding Access
In addition to sponsoring participants directly, every partnership expands access to the fellowship. As a guiding principle, funding three fellows enables us to provide one fully funded fellowship to an exceptional young adult who would otherwise be unable to participate. This creates diverse cohorts where opportunity is determined by potential — not financial means.
