Why I Believe This Matters

When each of my daughters graduated, I gave them the same gift: a journey, just the two of us, built around real challenges, unfamiliar places, and honest conversations.

I watched each of them change. Not gradually, over years—but visibly, over days. The confidence that comes from navigating something unfamiliar. The clarity that arrives when you step away from everything routine. The conversations that only happen when you're somewhere new together.

I came home from each of those trips convinced of something: experiences like these shouldn't be limited to father-daughter journeys. Every young adult deserves opportunities to challenge themselves, broaden their perspective, and discover what they are capable of becoming.
